Overview
So you just bought some Beer Stocks from Deimos, but have like totally no idea how to use them to drive traffic to your site? Check out this tutorial then.

Visit your Site Hoppin User Dashboard
The url is something like this – http://sitehoppin.com/User:[username] – just replace [username] with your Site Hoppin user login name. After that, just follow the steps as discussed and highlighted here below.

Site Hoppin – User Dashboard
Beer Stock
In your Site Hoppin user dashboard, click the “Manage Beer Stocks” (black circle) link.

Site Hoppin – Manage Beer Stocks
Beer Stock
Turn “Embed” (red circle) on by clicking on the “Off” button beside it so it becomes “On” instead. Once that is done, enter the url of the site or page that you want to embed in the “Embed Url” (green circle) by clicking on the “Edit” button beside it, then clicking the “Save” button and you are done.

Start Receiving Traffic from Site Hoppin via Beer Stocks
Having done the above mentioned, you would have successfully embedded a site or page via the Beer Stocks you bought. The more Beer Stocks you have, the more traffic you would get. At least, that is what Deimos believes how it works.

Deimos has bought lots of Beer Stocks and is still in the process of guinea piggy-ing himself i.e. he is still gathering statistical data. Once harvested enough data, Deimos will publish a report about how the traffic that Site Hoppin brings.

What the poke is Site Hoppin?

Deimos’s Daily Reads
Seems like there are more and more free to play Massively Multiplayer Online Role Playing Games (MMORPG) nowadays, as Apple shared her thoughts and screenies about Sword of the New World: Granado Espada. She and Orange are playing in IAHGames’ server.

Deimos’s Thoughts
Deimos noticed that some of his Beer Stocks buyers have yet to embed their sites or pages into their Beer Stocks pages, so Deimos would like to remind them that until they have embedded their site or page into their Beer Stocks pages, they would not receive traffic from Site Hoppin via the Beer Stocks they have bought via Deimos’s Beer Stocks affiliate referral link. Here is some link love for those who bought Beer Stocks from Deimos.

Long post, but I still can’t understand how it’ll bring traffic. Maybe waiting the site to luckily appear when the site hoppin button clicked?

I think the article was well done. But the site is not as intuitive as it could be. Probably the only missing element is a quick discussion on how the site works. Users hop from random site to random site. Each of the beer stocks play into this shuffle. So, the more stocks you own the more often you’ll come up. If you don’t embed your site in the beer stock, the beer stock shows up but not your site (and therefore you don’t get the traffic).

If they can ever get sitehoppin to get a mainstream audience, it could be a boom. Until then, the same people will hop to your site occasionally. Over time, the stocks should pay for themselves, but I’m not holding out for this to be my only traffic generation model.

    Thanks for the article.

    @baldeagle:
Well, at any given time, Site Hoppin have more guests than registered users so … 😐
You don’t exactly get the same people hopping over your site over and over again. 😆
