Overview
If you are a Wordpress Blogger who just updated to Wordpress 2.5 and happens to use the “Top Commentators Widget” Wordpress plugin, you might be interested in checking this post out as this Wordpress plugin has a little issue with the Wordpress 2.5 which prevents you from editing your Widgets.
Where to get this Wordpress plugin?
It is available for download at the official Wordpress plugin site.

So what is the problem?
If you try to access your Wordpress 2.5 Widgets control panel, you might see the following:
Want to edit your widgets, but where is the “Save Changes” button?
How to fix this problem?
Deimos has totally no idea how to fix this problem, but the following steps allowed him to edit his widgets. Just deactivate the plugin, edit widgets, save, activate plugin.
1. Deactivate Top Commentators Widget
2. Access Widgets control panel, make necessary amendments, save changes
3. Activate Top Commentators Widget
Until there is a newer version of this Wordpress plugin which address this issue, this would have to do for now. Quite a hassle, luckily Deimos does not modify his widgets that often.

I had the same problem. I was testing it on my ‘localhost’ as I am planning to use it on my new design to be implemented soon. I thought the problem was because I was not on the Net proper, seems as if there is a problem somewhere with the plugin.
