Overview
Deimos came across an interesting new site (for fellow EntreCarders) and realized that he has not optimized his site for a long time. If interested, do check out the site to find out why Deimos decided to optimize his site the soonest possible.
Why should I give a Poke?
It is always good to optimized one’s site so that it loads fast, thus first timers who have less patience to wait for slow loading sites would not bugger off without even checking out one’s site in the first place. Besides, having a fast loading site does not hurt.
Get listed on PowerDropping.Com
This appears to be a new domain and there seems to be quite a number of EntreCarders’ sites listed in there, the links are not plastered with the nofollow tag (yet?) and the possibility of Big-G branding that site as a link farm is there.
I found my site being listed near the very bottom of the list, which means would kinda imply that my site is not really very optimized and thus does not loads as fast?

@ Deimos, Turnip’s is certainly a good idea. You may also want to optimize your blog HTML and CSS wise, getting rid of unnecessary coding and other stuff that slows your site down. For example, whenever you load something from somewhere else (like PW, BlogCataLog, etc) you are dependent from them and it may slow your site down.
