   Though the location might be kinda 😕 but there are still quite a number of folks living and working there at the moment.

   We are targeting those who are currently living there but have not bought their own house yet, thus we are giving them an opportunity to own their own house. 😈

   Why pay RM450.00 per month in rental when for the same amount you can own your own house? 😀
