However, if I am working in Rawang, have the intention of settling down in Rawang and would like to purchase a home for myself there.
Then yeah, it would be a dream apartment for me at an affordable price.
For the time being, it serves as a product that our company is offering to all those who are interested in purchasing.

Yeah, Rawang is a bit quiet, though. After all, it is a quiet little town.
Perhaps, it would be more suitable for those who are looking for a nice and quiet place to settle down.

Though the location might be kinda
but there are still quite a number of folks living and working there at the moment.
We are targeting those who are currently living there but have not bought their own house yet, thus we are giving them an opportunity to own their own house.
Why pay RM450.00 per month in rental when for the same amount you can own your own house?
