For weapons, just buy the Beretta M92. It is good enough for most of the missions.
Mission 1 and 5 have a semi-interactive cinematic before the actual mission, as for the final mission, the whole level is a semi-interactive cinematic.

Sift Heads 2 – Walkthrough – Mission 1 – Aborted Flight (List)
The directional cursor keys to press in the pre-mission semi-interactive cinematic are up, left and right. Aim your crosshair as shown above and wait for the target to appear.
Sift Heads 2 – Walkthrough – Mission 2 – Red Morning (List)
First, you must shoot the undercover cop first at position #1. Next, your main target #2 will be running quite fast so get ready to blow his brains out when he jogs by.
Sift Heads 2 – Walkthrough – Mission 3 – Bad Time (List)
Shoot the window once to break it, then blow his head off when his head pops up.
Sift Heads 2 – Walkthrough – Mission 4 – Hunter Storm (List)
Aim your crosshair in the position as show above and fire.
Sift Heads 2 – Walkthrough – Mission 5 – Shift and Sift (List)
The directional cursor keys to be pressed in the pre-mission semi-interactive cinematic are up, down, up and down. After that, you must quickly shoot out the tyres. Aim your crosshair at either the left or right tyres marked “x” as shown above.
Sift Heads 2 – Walkthrough – Mission 6 – Killed by a God (List)
Aim your crosshair at the position “x” as shown above and shoot him when he passes by.
Sift Heads 2 – Walkthrough – Mission 7 – Light City (List)
Shoot out the lights first at position #1 then shoot him when he comes out at position #2.
Sift Heads 2 – Walkthrough – Mission 8 – Transaction (List)
You need to shoot their weapons when they draw it out. Sailor #1 will draw his weapon first, shoot his weapon quickly before sailor #2 draws his weapon or else it will be too late. After you have disarmed sailor #1 and #2, quickly shoot the sniper which will appear at position #3.
Sift Heads 2 – Walkthrough – Mission 9 – Trap (List)
First, shoot out the lamps at position #1, then the target will hide by the staircase. Blow his hands off when he sticks out his hand to shoot at you at position #2.
Sift Heads 2 – Walkthrough – Mission 10 – Let’s Roll (List)
Buy a Desert Eagle, aim for the head or stomach, fire away, reload, repeat until he drops.
Sift Heads 2 – Walkthrough – Mission 11 – Last Run (List)
The directional cursor keys to be pressed in the final mission’s semi-interactive cinematic are up, right, down, left, left, down and up.

hi there, guess you read my name huh, yeah, well it doesn’t work, and this is what I mean, after he hurls the grenade into the house I hit the UP button when it says UP. ok, and after I do that, there isn’t anymore buttons to PRESS. I cannot tell you how many times I tried that last mission. but it only displays UP and after I hit UP when it says too. Vinnie grabs that stupid grenade and gets his brain matter rearranged. a little help on what could have caused this? I did not use any cheats so that rules out any glitches that may have occurred if any could occur when using those.
on another note I LOVE SIFT HEADS! had a dream I got a tattoo for it LOL I wish this becomes an actual game, for PS2-PS3,Xbox, etc. it would make a good game! maybe characters that look real..might get more buyers lol
