Instructions are mostly the same, click to shoot, space bar to reload. Now with the addition of directional cursor keys to be pressed during semi-interactive cinematics.

Regarding the hint as shown above, you must shoot anyone in the head in order to kill them, except for a few special missions though.

Vinnie rushes to the airport and you must press the directional cursor keys quickly and correctly as they show up. Reminds you of Dance Dance Revolution, does it not?

Deimos’s Thoughts
Definitely better than the original Sift Heads, at least it is playable in Firefox now and not stupid Internet Explorer. The semi-interactive cinematics reminds Deimos of the game Resident Evil 4, in which the player have to press random combination of keys as they appear during certain cinematics. In Sift Heads 2, the directional cursor keys to be pressed are fixed and not random so not much of a challenge there.
