Tutorial : How to beat Portal – Level 00

The menu Portal, also the starting room for one’s Portal adventures.

There is a bed, a water closet, a desk with a notepad, glass and a radio? ________________________________________________________________________________

After the count down timer reaches zero (0), two (2) portals will open up, an orange one and a blue one. Walk into the orange portal to exit the room, coming out of the blue portal. ________________________________________________________________________________

Before the start of every level, there is this big sign board. The little icons near the bottom briefly tells the player what to expect in this level. The two (2) icons depicted above shows that there will be cubes in this level. ________________________________________________________________________________

Proceed into the next room. Yes, just walk in there. ________________________________________________________________________________

Big red button, big cube. Pick up big cube, drop onto big red button.
________________________________________________________________________________

So the door opens! Walk in there and embrace the next level – Level 01! ________________________________________________________________________________

Recently, I acquired the 3D First Person Puzzle Game Portal developed by Valve, figured it would be nice if I can share some screenies and come up with a guide for this. The first few levels are very straight forward though.

There are a total of 20 levels, starting from the first level 00 to the final level 19.
