Number of rooms have reduced drastically, now replaced with more realistic terrain compared against the squarish level design of the previous 4 Boxhead games.

No more multiplayer option here, just you vs the zombie army. Turn off all advanced monsters if you simply want a casual time killing zombies only.

As usual, pressing the “P” key will bring up the weapon upgrades screen. This time, personal statistics is shown as well. Weapon upgrades are actually much lesser now.

Classic mode, where you don’t have a base to manage.

Defense mode, you have a base and you will need to keep it in good working condition in order to survive the endless waves of rampaging zombie army.
