    Ok I’ve figured out level 3 – first off the assassin is the guy in the far left window on the middle floor – if you watch closely you can see him pick up a gun every few seconds. The bit that confused me was not being able to break any glass, but what you have to do is shoot out the air conditioning unit on top of the building. Give it a few seconds and the assassin will get hot and open his window, then you’re free to take him out.
