Say at your work place, if you get irritated because of a particular colleague’s attitude, behavior, etc, how are you going to have a pleasant time at work? Can you concentrate? Can you perform well? Or will you be thinking about how irritating that particular colleague is instead?

I agree that a comment is a comment. As long as it is not outright spam. After all the person has taken the trouble to come to your site and punch in a comment. Plus getting irritated will not affect the other guy at all so why let it bother you?!
