5. Members would be grouped together based on how many EntreCards they drop per day

The above mentioned are not exactly strict rules, laws, etc that is meant to be strongly adhered to by fellow members of REG, instead are supposed to be more like general guidelines that REG members can choose to refer to.
Deimos would like every REG member to be a happy member, and personally he feels that imposing extremely strict rules upon its members would not quite make members happy.

Deimos’s Thoughts
I fully understand that there are still quite a lot of EntreCarders’ URL that I have yet to add into the above mentioned list, besides that there are also some questions [asked via the EntreCard Messaging System] asked that I have yet to answer, with that said I would like express my most sincere apologies to those EntreCarders, you know who you are. 
This system is designed in mind to benefit all its members, regardless of fellow REG members’ Drop Rank, how many EntreCards that they drop per day, or even per week. (Very inactive REG members) Again, do keep in mind that not everyone has the time and energy to commit themselves into dropping more than two hundred (200) EntreCards per day.
It would not be very nice to boycott these EntreCarders, right?
(In fact, I think it is down right evil to even think of boycotting them! 
)
Hopefully, everything would work out nicely as planned.

Deimos’s Additional Reads
Maxis and Celcom are some of the leading wireless internet providers over here in Malaysia though Deimos fancies neither as the packages offered are still quite expensive compared to wired internet providers. He has a wireless phone at home though but not a wireless headphones since those are rather expensive as well. To his knowledge, there does not seem to be any free wi fi hotspot in Malaysia as all wifi hotspot requires a fee. However, there are free wi fi locations in shopping complexes such as 1-Utama. Off topic rant – given that domain registration is quite affordable, Deimos does not understands why some people are still relucant to register their own domain names.

My Thoughts:
1: We all have different interests. For example I am not interested in politics and being a brit I’m really not interested in American politics. So I would not want to have to go to such a site everyday 😉
2: I find both the rss and even the roll on the dash board is inaccurate. EG This morning I logged into the dash board and reciprocated and checked how many had dropped on me. An hour later I checked both – 23 more had dropped and only 11 new cards appeared on the dashboard.
3: Some people here have a life and cannot be online all day to check who has dropped. This will upset some that have dropped and do not see a return. This will also happen if someone drops only 5 or 6 days a week.
Conclusion:
Maybe it would be better to for us to state our interests here and our drop frequency. Then whoever wants to reciprocate emails that person. Eah of us have a list for 5,6 and 7 day droppers. So if I am a 7day dropper and you are a 5 day dropper, you drop 5 days and I drop 5 days. It doesn’t matter which days I drop as long as it totals 5.
This would result in:
1> Save time on the rss/dash board as all drops for the day could be done at once instead of looking throught the day (due to time zones).
2> Doesn’t need groups based on time-zone, drop frequency or Drop Rank.
3> As long as everyone keeps their side of the agreement you will know how to “budget” your drops. Eg If you drop 100 a day, but want to look at 30 new sites a day then you team up with 70 reciprocal droppers.
4> More chance of getting comments, stumbles etc. because the dropper is visiting because they are interested and not there just a drive by dropper.
I know that’s a lot of reading 🙁 sorry, but I did a lot of thinking about this while I was going into London to get a new hard drive this morning 🙂

The situation is almost the same, but this time, the IP is not totally dead, but only the access to/from overseas gets disconnected.
We have contacted TMnet since we first found this problem, however, they still have no solutions until now.
We understand your frustration, in fact, we are much more disspointed with TMNet as this is not the 1st time the datacenter is giving problem.
If the problem comes from the server, we have surely identified the soltuions, and fixed it, but since it’s beyond the server,
eg. router/datacenter internal system, etc, we ourself cannot do anything, except for pushing them to fix their problem.

I try to reciprocate all drops! As you can see, technically I drop 300 – 400 cards daily..I just split them between to blogs. My hopes in doing this other than increased traffic is to also get subscribers and actual readers instead of people just passing through to drop!
