Your first patient is a solider whose finger got blown off. Now go and reattach the finger!

Plug the uplink cable into the patient to begin. After that, just follow the instructions.

After successfully finishing the surgery, you will be shown a short summary of what happens to the individual that you have just saved.
Dark Cut 3 – Post Mission Briefing
After every surgery, the computer will talk to you, sharing its thoughts and stuff.

Nice graphics, but the game play have been simplified, it is way too linear now. Feels like an interactive movie, not a game. However, it is still fun to play though.
