Why is this level called tumbler? Is it because it is constantly rotating in one direction?

In each level there will always be at least on sign with some words painted on it.
World of Goo – Success!
This game is about making towers with blobs of goo to harvest the unused blobs of goo.
World of Goo – Results!
You need at least eight balls to clear this level and any extras will be yours for the keeping!
World of Goo – Corporation?
Any extra goo balls will be sent here for you to make your own personal tower!
World of Goo – Reset?
If the tower is not holding up perhaps it is better to demolish it and start over again.
World of Goo – Sleep?
Inactive goo balls that are dozing off can be waken up by placing active goo balls near them.
World of Goo – Success!
In some levels the goo balls cannot be removed once they are made into something.
