Just “copy and paste” or “upload and overwrite” the files in the re-packaged zip file archive available for download in the above link.

The WordPress database does not need to be updated once all the files have been upload.

Only 3 files were modified, much smaller update than the previous one. Definitely not a big hassle to pluck out the modified files and repackage it into a ZIP archive.
