Sindicate Sindicate – Flash Games Download – Overview
Sindicate is a strategy flash game in which you play the role of some aspiring criminal who strives to run a profitable crime organization. Perform typical bad deeds such as robbing convenient stores, pubs, etc. Run prostitution houses, drug trading etc. Anything that involves high risks and high returns.

    Can’t find the offline version anywhere, but I checked the decompiled .fla and I don’t think they added any other single player missions or stuff, just switched ONLINE_VERSION = true; to ONLINE_VERSION = false; in the first frame.
