There are a total of forty levels in this game. Just about right then.

Draw lines to cut the cookie so the monster will get a piece to eat. Yummy?

Happy monster is happy! You can only cut if there are no smaller monsters of them though. Wait for them smaller monsters to pass by then draw a line to cut the cookie!

Complete the level without touching any smaller monsters for full three stars!

Yup the clock or timer is indeed used for slowing down the smaller monsters.
