I had to use the third sniper rifle instead of the last one. the last sniper rifle wouldn’t shoot anything for me, even the guards.

The 20×20 vision means that he doesn’t wear glasses.
so the guy with the glasses isn’t him
then it says he is right handed
so it isnt the guy farthest from you since he’s a lefty
finally, it says he is a heavy drinker
so he is obviously the man with 4 alcoholic beverages near him

the last mission only worked when I bought the artic warfare gun which uses the higher caliber ammo. also 20/20 vison means he doesn’t wear glasses

Glad to hear that you are able to activate the DIAZEPAM now.
Not sure what exactly it does in terms of game lore.
In terms of game play, it does slows down your target’s movement speed.

You are right. The right arrow key does activate the DIAZEPAM. Thanks a lot. Now just one more question. What exactly does the DIAZEPAM do? Does it slow down time or your movement in the game?

My bad, it is the “right” directional key instead.
I checked out what you said and it seems that you can kill either one.
