Yes, as Raptor mentioned, Death Sentence is an ability used by The Warden. In ten turns, you die.
Desc: This unit is going to die. This effect cannot be dispelled. What will be your last move?

The only time I encountered it, I died the very next turn, but Veradux was able to finish The Warden off. Much faster than if I was there, due to the AI’s superior speed at making calculations.

You forgot the A.W.G.C.O.D (Ability With Absolute Chance Of Death) that The Warden can use: Death Sentence

It is what it sounds like.
“This unit is going to die. There is no escape.”
Or something pretty close to that.

You’ve got 10 turns to live if this hits you. Of course you SHOULD be able to own him in 7 or less.

Note: This reminds me of Baron Brixius’ “Tick Tock” so much. Except this is actually deadlier. But it’s also rare. Very, very, VERY rare.
10% HP dammage for 10 turns = D.U.H. (Death Unless Healed)

Umm… I believe the “Dr Leath and Dr Hedger” names are actually a referece to “Heath Ledger”, NOT “Leath Hedger.

I think you miss some abilities. like the Warden’s Death Sentence , Doctor Leath’s Mutant Injection,Enraged and the ZPCI’s Damaged Artery and Axillary Power. Twisted Experiment’s Withdrawl ? Oh, Frankie’s Guarded buff ?
