I completely agree on all five of those! I’ve experienced all of these. I wish everyone on the internet could read this article and make a pact to never commit these again. The internet would be a better place.

I reply to every comment left on my blog and when I find something good I link back to the site. I think that sometimes Blogger’s become self-centered and forget where they started from/
