my usually bill RM200+ after around RM170-160, much of the elec reduce are from AC and fridge.

Actually you only saving kWh in terms current^2 x resistance of cable i.e. which subjected to resistivity of cable x length of cable divided by area of conductor used. if you can proved that, by using your eqpt i can saved my electricity bill by 20%, i will awarded to you RM1,500.00. (make the meter run slower).
