Devoted Christians might disagree with the first part, since true believers will ascend to heaven as according to the what is written in the Bible.

The second part is quite common sense, it is better to live in the present than dwell too much on in the past, or over worry about the future.

Regarding the past, remember the times where one made mistakes, so that one would not repeat the same mistakes (hopefully) over and over again. For the future, plan ahead nicely, so one would be prepared for it when the time arrives.

Sometimes, opportunities passes by and if one failed to grasp it, there is no second chance. Perhaps this is the most important part of “make the most of now” yar?

Maybe the second part can be interpreted as if one does not write and publish a certain blog post now, one could very well lose out in terms of SEO, SERP, traffic, comments, etc?

Another thing that might be relevant is blogging habits - A post a day, compared against - Have not posted for a week, spent one whole Sunday writing and publishing back dated posts, so that it appeared as if it is one post a day as well. Surely the former (a post a day) is easier, right? Then again, this depends on how much time a blogger has to invest in one’s blogging activities.

This first sentence is very true, most of the time folks in destitution end up committing suicide, if they are not mentally rescued in time. The second part seems quite religious as it implies that people who performs good deeds would not be in destitution easily.

Then again, it would not hurt to perform good deeds whenever one is able to, ya?

Deimos Analyzes - For Bloggers
What would it be like for a blogger to be in destitution? No money to pay for domain name and web hosting fees? No traffic, no readers, no comments? Still remain grateful? Quite hard and impossible to achieve that kind of mental state, right?

Prevention is better than cure, so it is better off not to become a blogger in destitution. If you are a new blogger, do not quit your regular job first as you still need some money to pay for your blog’s expenses. If you have been blogging for quite some time, you ought to have made sufficient funds to cover for your blog’s expenses.

Regarding traffic and readers, produce quality content, spend quality time doing blog and post promotion, fine tune some search engine optimization (SEO) and you ought to do fine. Oh ya, one more important thing is to network sincerely with other like minded bloggers. This is very important for new bloggers who are very new in the blogsphere.

Reality - Building a house
In the physical realm, the real world, the reality where we live in, it is not that simple of course. To build a house, you need to own a piece of land, get various local authority approvals, engage various professional Consultants - Architects, Engineers of various fields namely civil and M&E (Mechanical and Electrical) and various Contractors to construct the said building.

Payment do not occur automatically, most of the time the clients (mofo who wants to have a building constructed) are not very swift with the payment that should be rightfully paid to the rightful parties (the ones who are involved in the building construction - consultants and contractors) so when payment issues arises these parties involved can refer to the contract they signed earlier.

Contractors, Sub-Contractors and Suppliers
So what happens if there is no direct contract? Like the Sub-Contractors and Suppliers do not have a direct contract with the client, what can they do in the event of payment problems? What they ought to do is to serve a preliminary lien notice.

Preliminary Lien Notice
To put it simply, Sub-Contractors and Suppliers must serve a Preliminary Lien Notice if they did not receive payment for their works or materials that they have provided so that they can proceed with the rightful claim of the monies that is owed to them.

A Preliminary Notice is a document used by the Claimant (Sub-Contractors, Suppliers) to inform the Client (mofo that owns the property), the Main Contractor and the Construction Lender - If the Claimant did not receive payment for their works or materials provided, they (Claimant) have the legal right to do stuff to file various claims against the Trio (Client, Main Contractor and Construction Lender) and the Trio would face various legal actions.

A Sub-Contractor or Supplier doing business in California can check out the preliminary lien notice services offered by the PROLIEN company should they be in need of it.

Deimos is a Quantity Surveyor graduate, his Dad has been running a construction business in the local building construction field for more than a decade and to be frank, Deimos believes that most big time building developers suck. They suck as in they are bloody leeches who suck away the monies that ought to be paid to the various building contractors.

Over here in Malaysia, the local construction industry is so bad, that most of the time them local contractors over here are paid zilch by them local developers. Bloody Sons of Bitches.

Oh by the way, local Quantity Surveyors are paid zilch for their employment too. The monthly salary just sucks. Fresh graduates are exploited by firms at every corner.

What are probate loans anyway? The word “probate” refers to the legal procedure of resolving everything that a dead person (most probably recently passed away) has, as in settling all the legal action to obtain money and allocation of that dead person’s various stuff (including property, of course). Hence, probate loans would be loans associated with such things.

So who would need probate loans? Usually, folks who are quite desperately in need of a sum of money, who are going to inherit some valuable stuff (probably some property worth a good amount of dollars) might probably find probate loans useful to them.

If you live in America and happen to have the need to apply for probate loans, then perhaps the Inheritance Funding Company (”IFC”) might probably offer you a good service as evidenced by the various Client Testimonials of their probate loans service.

The Sims and Probate Loans
Currency in The Sims is on a house hold basics, say if there are five (5) Sims living in a house, and these five (5) Sims are earning money, all the money earned by each of the five (5) Sims will go towards the pool of that house hold, so if any one (1) of the five (5) Sims died, the money in the pool would belong to the remaining four (4) Sims. Okay graphics, could have been better. Might be hard for those not used to shooting things using the mouse cursor. Those who have not played any adventure games might find this game hard. Getting stuck at the beginning or somewhere in the middle is very possible, if one does not pay much attention to the details while playing Zombie Inglor the flash game.

A bit laggish when Deimos played it on high quality settings. The last time Deimos completed Paladin The Game, he was using low quality settings. Not bad for a flash game action RPG. Game can be finished in one round if playing on Easy difficulty and depending on how you leveled up Auron. In Deimos’s case, he maxed out Strength along with some vital stats and Auron is able to kill any zombies in one chop or slice. Spoiler tip - Not wise to spend too much skill points into some Spells, brute strength is very often still the best viable choice - until the very end.

Just fill in the blanks and follow the on screen instructions. It appears that their forum is powered by SMF - Simple Machine Forums - a free forum php script which is quite powerful.

After you gone through that page, it is time to customize your character. For appearance, you get to choose your character’s face, shirt and pants. After that, you can choose a profession. There are lots of different types of professions to choose from, such as Doctor, Soldier, Chef, Scientist, Engineer, Fireman, Policeman, Boxer and many more. Popular ones are the few mentioned here.

Dead Frontier MMO - Base

Once character creation is completed, you will be shown this screen. This is the base or simply “Nastya’s Holdout” which is a safe haven for the rest of the living humans which have not been infected and transformed into mindless zombies hungry for human brain.

Dead Frontier MMO - Combat

If you click on “Inner City” in the previous screen shot, you will start the action part of Dead Frontier MMO in which gameplay is based on a top down view with your character in the middle. Different professions start off with different starting weapons, most of them gets a pen knife as a melee weapon. Fireman gets a Fire Axe, Chef gets a chef knife and so on.

Dead Frontier MMO - Dead

This is the screen that you are shown if you get killed. Get surrounded by too many zombies and this is what will happen to you. Upon death, you lose any cash you are carrying on you and 1/3 of your current experience points. After the timer is up, click “revive” to respawn.

Since it is a MMORPG, your character will earn experience points and once enough experience points is accumulated, your character will gain a new level and you can increase your weapon proficiencies or stats as shown in the screen shot above.

If you choose to specialize in Melee, you can use a chain saw to cut the zombies into pieces.

Techie Steve Yu has a nice list of free softwares. Most of them are anti virus softwares so if you need an anti virus software, do check out that list which is quite comprehensive.

Deimos’s Thoughts
Deimos has little time to play games nowadays, especially during the weekdays. Hence, he resorts to playing simple games such as this one. Somehow, he still manages to find a little bit of time to kill some zombies in Dead Frontier MMO.

Dead Frontier MMO is still in open beta testing, some planned interesting features have not made it into the game yet. Deimos managed to level his Soldier to Level 17 so he hopes that the character database would not be wiped when the beta testing ends.

Action game play is simple, use WASD to control your character, aim around with the mouse to stab, slice, chop, etc the mindless zombies hungry for your flesh.

What makes it a MMORPG is the leveling system, inventory system plus the many players playing it, trading weapons, ammunitions, medical supplies and food between each other for cash, which is the in game currency and not to be confused with the real world cash.

Some features such as missions, attacks on the outpost, multiplayer etc are not available yet.

Game looks promising and there are plenty of players playing it at any given time, easily evidenced by the amount of active players hawking over the selling forum where the players hawk their virtual goods to be sold for virtual cash.

Your partner does seems pretty hell bent on killing all them zombies.

In Dead Frontier Night Two, you are confined to one city square or area, in Night Three, you can travel to adjacent city squares, in which you means actively and quickly do so if you intend to find and board the helicopter within 10 minutes. Don’t let her daughter die !

Same top down view type game play, except that this time, the battle is on the streets. Once again, you start off the game armed with a basic Glock 19C.

Besides the Glock 19C, you start out with a combat knife too. Quite useful for preserving ammunition at the start and knifing down those weak zombies.

There is a more powerful pistol, the Colt 45 lying around somewhere. Get it and start making larger holes in them zombies’ smelly and decomposing bodies.

July 2nd 2016, most of the world’s major cities are under siege from an army of N4 infected zombies. In a desperate attempt to save lives armed biohazard response teams are sent to evacuate the living population.

Only four (4) days and the whole world is comprised? Must be some deadly virus. Does not all this sound quite familiar?

Dead Frontier Night One - Ambushed!

July 5th 2016, your team is ambushed by a horde of infected. Heavily outnumbered, you barely manage to escape with your life. Your team mates were not so lucky…

So much for the biohazard rescue team, got owned by them zombies so fast.

Alone, you take shelter in an abandoned cottage. You know it won’t be long before more infected find you…

So you are alone in an old shack, hungry zombies who want to feed on your brain are coming after you - What are you going to do? Gun them down first, worry later.

Dead Frontier Night One - Standard WASD controls

Controls are pretty standard, any gamer who played first person shooters before would get used to it in no time.

Game play is top down view with your character in the center of the screen.

So you gunned down your first zombie with your Glock 19C, looks like the zombie dropped some ammo, grab it fast - 10 | 30 bullets ain’t gonna be enough.

Harder than The Last Stand, or at least this is what Deimos felt after he played Dead Frontier Night One. Cannot pause game anytime you want like The Last Stand. Graphics looks and feels more realistic compared to the cartoon-ish look and feel of The Last Stand.

Select Norton Security Scan

Click the check box next to “Norton Security Scan” and then click “Install Software” to start downloading. The PC that Deimos used to capture this screen shot already has Norton Security Scan installed, so it shows up at the bottom “You already have this software:” instead.

Google Updater - Current Status

Once selected Norton Security Scan and clicked “Install Software” you will be asked to download and install the Google Pack software, follow the on screen instructions. The above screen is Google Updater’s “Current Status” which shows any software or updates that you are currently downloading, there is nothing above as the PC Deimos used to capture this screen shot is not downloading any softwares or updates.

Once finished downloading and installing, it will appear in the “Installed Software” section of the Google Updater. Click “Run” to launch Norton Security Scan.

Once downloaded and installed, Norton Security Scan will show up in the Windows Start All Programs Menu just like any other installed softwares or games.

Simple title menu, select Quick Scan or Full System Scan to proceed.

Norton Security Scan will attempt to download updates before performing a scan. Please take note that Norton Security Scan will refuse to scan if it cannot be updated.

Norton Security Scan will automatically update itself before performing any scans.

Once finished with the update, the scan will commence.

Scan finished, seems like there is one (1) item that needs to be resolved.

Select Fix to remove the tracking cookie.

From the above, it shows that the tracking cookie has yet to be removed.

Deimos did not bother himself with virus scanners until one day a virus infection caused him to require to perform a format and Windows XP reinstall to all the computers in his house hold. That would like three (3) desktop computers all together. Major pain in the rear end.
