Yes, I would unless the need was urgent and important. Why, because I do not like to be thought of as a soft touch. It has also been my experience that when you loan someone some money, you rarely get it back. It is however a good idea to loan some money to someone who you do not want to ever see again.

Both methods are good. Generally, borrowed money carries higher interest than cash loans. But I like to prefer cash loans. Borrowed money may be used for money market transactions. Anyhow thanks for post.
