For Void Eater, you can also kill it after it becomes a black hole then blasts a shock-wave attack, just charge in before it can do anything else.

One note is that the void eater is actually alot easier then the gray, Wait for it to charge its beam, then run to the side of it, as you get pulled in take a swing and blast it for 75 fast points. Also, to get some of the rare critters (almagram and queen) they can be found on small nests, so kill 199 critters, then watch as greens and yellows float past you till you find one you like, add it to beastary and splat it (if its an almagram, you have to either splat it or blow it up with your suit)frosties and torchies are big and huge only, so go there. Bounty run in hard core is great to find new ones too.

I put together a little strategy guide for killing each Gloople type. I haven't encountered a Queen or Razer Queen yet, so I couldn't give any strategy on those. I might post that later once I find them.

Gloople - As the name implies, this is your run-of-the-mill baddy and are the cannon fodder of Amorphous+. They travel in a straight line chosen seemingly at random and only change direction when bouncing off something else. If you need tips on how to kill these little green bastards, you should probably turn the computer off and go read a book or something. However, simply knowing how to kill these pests isn’t all that your strategy should consist of. Their biggest threat comes in its ability to bump into you and leave you prone for what feels way too long when you’ve got another, more advanced Gloople on your heels. Generally speaking, you can ignore these in favor of more dangerous and more valuable bounty as all it takes is a mere step to the side to avoid them. Bear in mind that their ability to stall you can be overwhelming in large numbers, so you’ll still want to keep their population moderately low. As they are typically the most abundant Gloople to be found, they are going to be your first resource in acquiring a higher score multiplier.

Stickie - Barely a step above the original Green Gloople, Stickies are usually going to be the second type of bogey you encounter. Just like their predecessors, Stickies travel in a straight line when they spawn. Unlike their green cousins, their path is not chosen at random. Instead, they will head straight for you - or at least were you were standing when they spawned. Just like Green Glooples, their risk and value levels are relatively low and as you find yourself knee-deep in slime you will want to simply side step these mindless yellow freaks. You will still want to consider the Stickies’ primary function: to cover a target in a viscous restrictive goo. The entrails left by a dead Stickie can be both a blessing and a burden. If you somehow manage to get yourself stuck in that mess, your movement will be severely slowed, leaving you vulnerable to attacks from faster Glooples. Wearing the Hazard Suit will negate this obstacle and leave you to reap most of the benefits left behind. When the tables are turned and another Gloople runs into the yellow puddle of ooze, they too get covered and their speed is hindered. On top of that, a Torchie’s fire will even be extinguished when it’s slimed. Some of the larger Glooples are immune to this effect, so don’t rely on it too much. Also, the isolative effects of the slime will also keep you from being frozen when a Frostie bursts nearby. Since you can’t be covered in Stickie goo while wearing the Hazard Suit, this is one benefit you won’t be able to reap while wearing it. As a final note, when choosing to attack a Stickie or any other Glopple type with a splatter effect, you will want to try to keep the Gloople at full sword length and try to avoid splattering them on the far left side of your swing, as it’s possible to pop them all over yourself.

Biter - These toothy motherfuckers will be your first real reason to start screaming at your computer and will continue to be a healthy reminder of your fragile human mortality throughout your hunt. On top of being the first lethal Gloople type you encounter, they are also the first type capable of individual navigation and can move slightly faster than your average Gloople. The Biter will track your movements in your futile attempt to escape bloody death and will pounce with little warning once you’re in range. Luckily, they can’t change direction mid-pounce and can be easily avoided as long as you remain observant. Their bite delivers equal damage to your sword and can destroy another Gloople. This is not incredibly reliable and your own attacks will usually be a whole lot more effective and rewarding. Because of their increased speed when they lunge at you, timing is key to survival. They do utter what I assume passes as a grunt the moment they lunge for you, and this is your queue to swing. Once you’ve killed a few, you’ll learn to judge their range and start your attack before they can. The biggest threat the Biter poses lies in their ability to glom together to create a Horror. You really should try to avoid this.

Meltie - These little guys are basically a lethal version of the Stickie. They splat in the same way, which means you will want to take the same precautions in positioning them before you swing as you would a Stickie. There are two big differences that set Melties apart: they share the Biters’ ability to track your movements, and the acid goo they leave behind will strip the flesh from your bones in the blink of the eye. Fortunately for you, their tracking ability is much worse than that of the Biter and they will usually miss you as long as you keep an eye peeled. Just like the Stickie, you can also use the Meltie’s corrosive properties to your advantage. Most threats will be neutralized upon contact with the Meltie, and they will be your primary way to strip a Grinder of its tough shell. Some of the bigger baddies who are immune to the Stickie entrails will still be eradicated by Melties.

Sharp - Now this is where things really get tough. The Sharp’s spikes allow it to take up at least twice the space of your average Gloople and, of course, make up its primary method of defense. Their turn radius is somewhere between that of the Biter and the Meltie. While the spikes are exposed, the Sharp is invulnerable to all attacks and any hazardous pools. They can still be deflected in this state and can be used to kill other Glooples. They tend to retract their spikes when you are behind them or when you are a certain distance away. This is your chance to move in and attack. Unlike a lot of the more advanced Glooples, the Sharp only takes one swing to splatter.

Clutter - Seems to be a common enemy type in a lot of beat-em-up games like this. Moving of its own free will, the Clutter will maintain a distance and spit its offspring at you. These mini Clutters will slow you down much like Stickie goo, but don’t seem to effect other Glooples. They also don’t dissipate on their own and instead you will have to shake them off by moving back-and-forth. If that’s not bad enough, you won’t be able to move at all past looking around if you allow yourself to be completely covered and enough baby Clutters can sometimes keep you from swinging your sword, resulting in the same animation as when you get bumped into by a Green Gloople. When you splatter a Clutter, it will split into one, two, or three baby Clutters which will run away from you and slowly grow into an adult Clutter. Baby Clutters that you shake off will do the same and though many of you will never see this, allowing yourself to be completely covered in Clutters before shaking them off can result in a hoard of adults. Just like with Stickies, the Hazard Suit eradicates all baby Clutters like a bug zapper. Just be sure not to let them drain your battery.

Inkie - One impact with an Inkie and you’ll wish you never picked up a Spaltmaster. This will prove to be one of the most annoying Glooples you will ever encounter. If you happen to be hit by an Inkie, your screen will go black for several precious seconds during which gameplay will proceed as normal. Surviving these few moments of blindness will come down to sheer luck, though you can improve your odds by moving and swinging. If an Inkie hits you, try to remember what Glooples were around you, where they were located, and where they were headed. Of course the Glooples’ positions will change quickly, but remembering this should help you survive the first half of your blind spell. Alternately, if you walk into the splatter left behind by an Inkie, you will slide out of control in the direction you were moving. Most other Glooples will slide as well. Inkies are faster than a lot of the other Gloople types and a head-on impact with one will drain approximately two thirds of the Hazard Suit’s power. All in all, these are among the most dangerous non-lethal Glooples in the game.

Grinder - Imagine if the Sharp’s reach was filled in with concrete and then some. The Grinder is normally completely immune to your attacks and will require some tenderizing before they can be splattered. These juggernauts are capable of splattering just about any other unprotected Gloople by simply rolling over them and can even kill you on impact whether you’re wearing the Reactive Armor or not. Your only real saving grace is that they move pretty slow and they have the widest turn radius of any Gloople. In order to kill a Grinder, you first need to crack the shell. This can be done in a number of ways, including guiding two Grinders into each other, guiding a Grinder into an Instant Wall, and throwing a Grenade at it, but the most available method is to cover it in Melti entrails. Once the shell is cracked, you’ll see the molten insides seeping through the cracks and the Grinder will go down in a daunting five hits with the Splatmaster 3000! Killing a Grinder earns you a whopping 100 points even without multipliers, but the effort required to accomplish such a feat may not be worth it if you’re focusing on simply surviving. In that case, just try not to get flattened.

Fuzzle - This cute little guy is essentially a Biter on steroids. They take at least three hits to splat and have better control over their own movements. They also lunge much further than Biters. Unlike any other Gloople seen so far, the Fuzzle telegraphs its intent before attacking. You’ll see the Fuzzle slow to a stop and furrow the hair on its back just before letting out a snarl and lunging. This actually gives you more time to attack than with a Biter. The Fuzzle also changes direction to circle you clockwise when struck. Just be sure to land the killing blow quickly, as the Fuzzle will recover to full strength before long.

Oozle - Well… you see, when two Glooples love each other very much they participate in something called reverse mitosis. And that’s how Oozles are made. When those seemingly harmless Green Glooples decide to whip out the big guns, this is what you get. They’re big and bulky and can splat most other Glooples, including other Oozles, on contact. They can turn a little sharper than a Biter, but luckily are a little slow. It’s possible to splat them with one hit while they’re still forming. This only lands you points for a regular Gloople, but it makes the kill that much easier as it takes three swings to kill an Oozle once it’s got itself together. When you decide to take one of these bad boys out, remember not to stand directly in front of it or you’ll get yourself digested. Instead, stand off you one side and swing twice. You’ll probably have to reposition yourself before you can connect with the third and final blow. Above all else, you want to avoid letting an Oozle absorb more Glooples. By the time you see the next stage in its development, you’ll probably have your priorities split in multiple directions as it is and you really won’t want to have to worry about a Gray on top of all that.

Torchie - Just the cutest little suicidal slime balls you ever did see! As its name suggests, the Torchie will ignite itself the moment it enters the playing field and chase you in a gentle arch, leaving a trail of fire behind it. The little flames it leave in its tracks are actually harmless to you and most Glooples and really only serve to relight a Torchie that’s gone out. As previously mentioned, leading a Torchie through Stickie goo will put out its fire and prevent it from relighting. This can be immensely helpful if you do decide to add a Torchie pelt to your trophy wall. You really don’t want to attack a Torchie while it’s aflame as you will cause its entire payload to catch fire all at once, turning you into a fine red mist and the time spent unlit is so short that it would more often than not just be in your best interest to avoid them altogether. You would be wise to never allow an Inkie to come into contact with a Torchie or a big fire left by one as Inkies are incredibly flammable and will blow almost anything on screen into oblivion the moment it touches fire.

Frostie - The antithesis to the Torchie, Frosties are speedy little buggers that skate toward you and burst into a winter wonderland on impact. Frosties work a lot like Torchies in that they explode when you kill them as well as when they run into something. They are not directly harmful to you, and instead will freeze you in place. While in this state, any other type of Gloople can shatter you by running into you. Even the normally harmless Green Glooples. In order to escape your icy prison, you need to wiggle your mouse around and shake the ice loose. The further you are from the epicenter of the blast, the shorter you will stay frozen. Just like the Torchies, you’re probably better off leading these offstage.

Gray - This is the mother Sharp. When an Oozle absorbs another Gloople, its outer membrane hardens and it gains the ability to extend a long, deadly lance in your direction and can still mow you over the same as its green cousin, the Oozle. The Gray is slow moving and keeping a distance should be no real trouble. The real danger comes as its reach. When focusing on killing a Gray, you will want to stand directly in front of it and far enough away that it will need to try and stab you instead of just rolling over you. The moment it starts to extend its lance, take a step to either side and rush for the main body. The Gray is only vulnerable while extending its lance and will harden its shell any other time you try to attack it. The moment the lance reaches its full length, the Gray will start to retract it and if you swing now you’ll only lose precious seconds recovering. Once you get the hang of how and when to hit the Gray, it’s only a matter of getting in all three hits before something else kills you.

Amalgam - At first glance this appears to be just another easily dispatched Oozle. But don’t let the similarities fool you. Notice the more yellow complexion and the more evenly round shape. Rather than being combined from smaller Glooples, the Amalgam enters the field fully formed and takes an amazing minimum of six swings to kill! And it doesn’t stop there! The Amalgam is faster and more agile than the Oozle and will hunt you non-stop until one of you is dead. But that says nothing for the Amalgam’s most impressive ability. As it chases after you, it will absorb most other Glooples in its path and each absorbed Gloople means one more strike you have to make before killing it. It will still splatter Stickies and Melties, will be splattered by Horrors, and bounce off Torchies and catch fire. Amalgams are immune to Stickie goo, and a Meltie puddle will act as a single sword strike, but a fire will make short work of it unless something is done to extinguish it before it burns up. This will probably be your most effective means of destroying an Amalgam so long as you can maneuver a Torchie in place. When you do attack an Amalgam directly, they act similarly to Clutters and have the potential of splitting into smaller, temporarily harmless Amalgams which will run from you and attempt to absorb other Glooples to grow big and strong again. Since the smaller Amalgams can’t hurt you, you can use the time this buys to focus on more immediate threats, but you will want to make sure to do away with these little guys before they are able to absorb too many Glooples. Although normally only one Amalgam will spawn at once, it’s possible to be overwhelmed by a split Amalgam duplicating and growing and duplicating again.

Horror - This living buzz saw of the Amorphous world is just as scary as it sounds. This is what happens when you leave to Biters alone in a dark room. If the unnerving buzzing sound this thing emits isn’t enough to stop you in your tracks and get you killed, one of its three methods of attack will be. The most obvious way this thing can kill you is to simply run into you and tear you to shreds. Even your Reactive Armor won’t stand up to this. If you’re smart and you keep a distance, you will likely witness the Horror shoot off a row of teeth in all directions. This attack can be easily avoided if you keep a distance, but any small Gloople that gets struck will quickly turn into a Biter, and with so many Biters on the field your chances of encountering two Horrors at once are multiplied. It’s third attack is where we get down to the nitty gritty. The Horror will occasionally loose its teeth in four smaller bodied that act like deadlier versions of your Saw Drone. While these monsters are out, it leaves the blue nucleus naked and defenseless until they all return. This is your chance to strike! One swing and the Horror is no more. Getting in past those spinning freaks is another story.

Void Eater - Why did you leave a Gray alive this long? Seriously? Well, ok. You asked for it. The Void Eater is a real nightmare! It only has two ways to attack. The Void Eater will stay at the edge of the play field, take a moment to charge up, then release negative energy in a thin beam that works like a black hole, drawing anything and everything up and condensing it to gravitational singularity. This will of course kill you regardless if you’re wearing Reactive Armor or not. The Hazard Suit will grant a certain level of resistance to the gravitational pull, but you will still need to be quick on your feet. During this attack and while the Void Eater is charging will be your best opportunity to strike. One whack will send this demon back to Hell. If you dawdle too long and it end this first attack, be ready to have your very existence erased as you are torn apart at the molecular level. Whenever you aren’t in the Void Eater’s line of sight, it will implode into itself, drawing everything toward it similar to its void beam, and from this state explode if you get too close.

Sharp – Now this is where things really get tough.

Clutter – Seems to be a common enemy type in a lot of beat-em-up games like this.

Inkie – One impact with an Inkie and you’ll wish you never picked up a Spaltmaster.

Grinder – Imagine if the Sharp’s reach was filled in with concrete and then some.

Fuzzle – This cute little guy is essentially a Biter on steroids.

Oozle – Well… you see, when two Glooples love each other very much they participate in something called reverse mitosis.

Torchie – Just the cutest little suicidal slime balls you ever did see!

Frostie – The antithesis to the Torchie, Frosties are speedy little buggers that skate toward you and burst into a winter wonderland on impact.

Gray – This is the mother Sharp.

Amalgam – At first glance this appears to be just another easily dispatched Oozle.

Horror – This living buzz saw of the Amorphous world is just as scary as it sounds.

Void Eater – Why did you leave a Gray alive this long? Seriously?

Do you know if there's a certain requirement to make the Queen appear? Does it show up when you have so many points or is another Gloople combination, like the Oozle?

Awsome! I made a glitch that lets you automaticly clear a nest.
Select Gloople in practice mode, than when at the tip screen, right click and press back.
While at the menu right click the nest you would like to beat, and press forward.
Then press that same nest a second time with a left click.
Quickly move to the right, and rack up your award.

Nevermind, I found Fuzzle, Grinder and Sharp. I can`t get ahold of Queen, Frostie or Torchie. I`ve set Bounty Run on fast, but the farthest I get is the Grinders.
